We’ve already seen some pretty great offers from carriers like Sprint, but AT&T’s new offer takes the cake: the 16GB version of the GS4 for just $29.99 with a two-year contract. Both new and existing customers are eligible for this deal, and you can choose between the Black Mist or White Frost model.
That’s a heck of a deal, so what’s the catch? As AT&T puts it, the device is "certified like-new", which is just a fancy way to say the handset is refurbished.
Don’t let that turn you off though! AT&T assures that all of their "certified like-new" devices were properly serviced and passed an inspection. Additionally, at least a 90-day warranty is issued on all AT&T refurbished devices to give customers extra piece of mind.
